Not all big houses come with a big kitchen, despite the size of the house the kitchen space was quite small and the owner wanted to keep the same imprint but with a more functional layout.

We swapped the cooktop and the sink so that she could have the dishwasher next to the sink. A short wall was added to increase the wall storage.

Because the window was opening only on the lower part, we could add some shelving to connect the 2 parts of the kitchen and add extra storage.

For the Master Ensuite we moved the shower under the beautiful skylight emphasizing the light coming from it. The space is now optimized as there's not empty space between shower and tub and the remaining space turned into storage.

Storage, storage storage....I know it's never enough!

Kid's Bathroom

For this bathroom we wanted to create something fun. We played with textures and patterns keeping it simple at the same time to brighten up the room.

As a teenagers bathroom the shower was more functional. The low profile shower plate is not only beautiful and functional, it also keeps costs down!

Yes, we also think that this bathroom needed an update! Sometimes you don't need to do much, in a small space like this we just added some drama with a  wallpaper and LED light!
